ABOUT THE EDITOR IN CHIEF
He completed LL.B. from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi (www.bhu.ac.in/facultyoflaw) in 2009 and LL.M. from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow, (www.rmlnlu.ac.in) in 2011.These universities are very reputed institutions in the field of legal education. At the LL.M. level he completed his dissertation on Environmental Law.
Also Pursuing Ph.D. on “Election Laws: A Comparative Study with Special Reference to SAARC Countries”, from Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He has also qualified the University Grant Commission –National Eligibility Test (UGC – NET) and qualified Junior Research Fellow (UGC-JRF) examination in Law trice in Dec. 2011, June 2012 and Dec. 2012.
He published a Book on Environmental Law Titled as “National Green Tribunal Act 2010, An Analytical Analysis”, ISBN: 948-81-925289-8-4, First Edition November 03, 2013. He also published Articles/ Research Papers in different National and International Journals.
After his LL.M., He was selected/joined the Allahabad High Court as a Law Trainee/Researcher and his main work was to provide research inputs to Hon’ble Mr. Justice Satya Poot Mehrotra and Hon’ble Mr. Justice Shyam Shankar Tiwari .
He has also participated in several National and International Seminars and Conferences on legal issues. In addition to these, He has also completed a One Month Training Program organized by the National Human Rights Commission, New Delhi. He has tought in School of Law at IMS Unison University, Deharadun.
